Evolution

The Evolution programme will allow you and your club to work with us over 12 months. The programme will cover the 12 key components which we believe are vital to success.

Working over 12 months will allow you to start integrating ideas and strategies that have been developed with us. 

You will be able to test ideas and understand the most effective strategies to help evolve your club.

This programme will aim to unlock the potential of your management team through encouraging a proactive mindset.

Somewhere in the middle

Somewhere in the middle is a bespoke offering to clubs who want a mix of evolution and revolution.

We will work with you to create the most effective programme for your club. 

The programme will still follow the 12 components, which we believe are vital to success, but we will listen to your needs and tailor our course to fit them.

The programme will aim to unlock the potential of your management team through encouraging a proactive mindset.

Revolution

The Revolution programme is an intensive programme over 5 days that will unlock direction that will allow your club to move forward.

The programme will follow the 12 components which we believe are vital to success. By the end of the course you will have a strategic delivery plan for you to follow.

This programme will aim to unlock the potential of your management team through encouraging a proactive mindset.
